AFP will be stocking HandyTube’s Ultra-Small Diameter (USD™ capillary tubing that is precisely engineered for chromatography, flow measurement and sensing applications with an outside diameter (OD) less than 0.125” [3.175 mm]. HandyTube supplies tubing that can withstand over 36,000 PSI (2500 bar). Our careful design and tight manufacturing specifications create smoother, cleaner capillary tubing with consistently uniform ID characteristics.

AFP just did a quick video to show how we produce our valves with the most modern machinery and collaborative Robots. We are also using an our own ERP system Meta4.0.

APN Quebec acquired in June 2017 the AFP (Analytical Flow Products) Valve Technology from Mecanique Analytique Inc with all related patents, assets and the AFP trademark to create their new entity APN-AFP.

The APN Global Group by now consists of APN Canada, a world class machine shop and leading ambassador of the Industry 4.0 movement, S&S Carbide from San Diego, California, a company specialized in the manufacturing of punches and dies and SCC (Southern California Carbide) and AFP.

APN Global has been a long term AFP supplier. Face with a strong growth and a desire to continue to offer high quality products, AFP made the strategic decision to outsource its high volume manufacturing line in early 2016 to APN facility which is ISO 9001, AS 9100 and DQCR certified and also one of the most advanced Industry 4.0 facility in the world. Due to the synergies, the acquisition was consequently a natural step and aligned with APN strategy to diversify its activities in other markets such as life science and the analytical field.

Designed based on a large patent portfolio and knowhow, the AFP product line is consisting of Gas Chromatographic Diaphragm and Rotary valves with accessories which are recognised worldwide and accepted as the reference in the field and a guarantee for future success in a fast growing market.
